Hillside Industrial Park

Hillside Industrial Park

Hillside Industrial Park, is 300 acres of land zoned for warehousing, light and heavy industry, with deep water access on Howe Sound and road access via Port Mellon Highway. Langdale Ferry Terminal is 11 km away. There is a barge terminal in the Park. Some parcels have offshore leases. Parcels are available for purchase from the Sunshine Coast Regional District, which administers the Industrial Park. Lots are serviced with hydro and natural gas, and a complete road system. Water for industrial purposes is available.

Situated just 30 kilometres from the City of Vancouver by water, Hillside is a prime site for marine services, wood products, or any industry seeking relief from escalating land values, taxes, or encroaching residential development.

As City Transfer’s container terminal is located here and Howe Sound Pulp and Paper’s kraft pulp and paper mill is adjacent to the site, there are many opportunities for collaborative business relationships at Hillside.
